We begin by understanding how survival lives in the female body.
You’ll learn how chronic stress, pressure, and emotional holding impact your nervous system, hormones, and cycle, often quietly and over time.This session helps you:

feel the difference between “resting” and actually feeling safe
begin creating safety in simple, tangible ways

Creating safety in daily life
Once survival is recognised, we move into regulation.
Not as a technique, but as a lived experience.You’ll learn:
what regulation actually feels like in the body
how to come out of constant alertness
how to support your nervous system throughout the day
how to respond to stress without pushing or collapsing
We’ll also gently explore how nourishment, rest, and rhythm support regulation without rigid rules.

This session brings nutrition into the picture — but from a feminine, body-led perspective.
We explore:
how nourishment supports safety and hormone balance
why “doing everything right” with food often isn’t enough
how to listen to hunger, cravings, and energy signals
how to nourish without control or restriction
how food becomes supportive when the nervous system feels safe
It’s all about the relationship with your body.

In the final session, we integrate everything.
You’ll learn:
how rhythm naturally returns when safety is present
how to work with your cycle instead of managing it
how to respond when fear or doubt shows up and move through ups and downs
how to carry on forward beyond the programme
This session is about confidence, trust, and continuity so the work doesn’t end after 8 weeks.
